Unique to our system,  you will receive an asset register, a concise document highlighting required remedial actions for each asset flagged as non-conforming or presenting a critical defect.


Linked to this is our asset tagging onsite, where you will be able to scan the asset tag and in real time understand the compliance of that asset, the remedial actions required, if there are any and when they are planned to be completed.

Fire Risk Assessments

Our highly experienced and competent experts at Prevention 1st conduct comprehensive risk assessments across a variety of sectors and buildings,  identifying potential hazards and vulnerabilities within your premises and provide tailored recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005. 

Prevention 1st provides third party certificated fire risk assessments to FRACS Scheme.

Fire Strategies

Fire Strategies are technical documents that sets the basis for fire safety control measures for the design of a building to Approved Document B or BS 9999 demonstrating compliance with the Building Regulations.   This will be used as the basis for discussions with the Approval Authorities to gain their approval of the strategy and meet the requirements of Regulation 38 under the Building Regulations for England and Wales to provide fire safety information to the 'responsible person' at the completion of a project, or where the building or extension is first occupied.

Fire Door Inspections & Maintenance

Our qualified inspectors at Prevention 1st are adaptable to your needs, striving to deliver a comprehensive service from the initial meeting to ensuring compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021 & Fire Safety England Regulations 2022 providing assurance for building owners.  We provide comprehensive Fire Door Inspection reports, complete with photographic evidence of any identified non-conformities, along with tailored remedial actions required to gain conformity.

Building Height Assessment

We conduct precise surveys and produce comprehensive reports on building heights in compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022.
